B1601A enables usage of Agilent InfiniiMax probing solutions for measurements over 16 signals on a single channel.
The Agilent N2887A and N2888A InfiniiMax Soft touch probe heads used with Bourbaky B1601A and Agilent InfiniiMax 1130A-1134A or 1168A-1169A Series probe amplifier, makes connectorless logic analyzer probing usable with oscillocope.
B1601A enables high speed digital signal measurements needed for electrical characterization without painful and time cunsumming due to manual multiple connection. See a typical usage connection for measurements with B1601A.
